Cancellation Policy
Due to an increase in no shows, The Foundation now requires booking fees. This 50% booking fee is non-refundable. You will only owe the remaining 50% on the day of your appointment. If you cancel with at least 48 hours notice, you get one reschedule without paying an additional booking fee. After that you will be charged a second booking fee.
